Lindsay knows that a defendant choosing to drive distracted is no accident. The defendant will be provided an attorney by his insurance company to defend him in the litigation, and the insurance company will go to great lengths, no matter the cost, to avoid responsibility. Just another example of delay, deny, defend.
Prior to joining Bertoldo, Baker, Carter and Smith in 2013, she was an associate with White and Wetherall, LLP, a plaintiff’s personal injury law firm. She is currently licensed to practice law in Nevada and California.
Concurrent to her law practice, Lindsay actively participates in numerous legal organizations, including the Nevada Justice Association, where she serves on several committees and co-chairs both the Women’s Caucus and Club X, the young lawyer division of the organization. She is a member of the State Bar of Nevada, the State Bar of California, and the American Association of Justice, where she serves as the Southern Delegate for the State of Nevada.
Lindsay holds an AV Preeminent Rating from Martindale Hubbell. She has consistently been named Top 40 Under 40 by the National Trial Lawyers. In addition, she holds the honors of Nationally Ranked Top 10 Under 40 by the National Association of Personal Injury Attorneys and 10 Best Female Attorneys in Nevada by the American Institute of Personal Injury Attorneys. In 2016 she was named as one of the Top 100 Lawyers by My Vegas Magazine Readers Choice Awards.
In her spare time Lindsay enjoys running, being outdoors and spending time with her husband, daughter and Siberian Husky.
